What can you build?

Web app ideas for your own routine, your business, or the next product you want to launch.

Websites and portfolios

Create a company website, portfolio, event page, or campaign landing page. Describe the sections, brand colors, typography, and action you want a visitor to take.

Build a portfolio for a freelance interior designer. Include a project gallery, an about page, services, and a contact form. Use large photographs, warm neutrals, and a clean mobile layout. Explain what needs to be connected for contact messages to reach my inbox.

Personal tools and learning apps

Build a task list, reading tracker, study planner, recipe collection, or habit dashboard. Start with a single-user workflow, then add accounts or shared data if you need them later.

Dashboards and business tools

Prototype a CRM, inventory dashboard, project tracker, or reporting interface. Describe the records you manage, the filters you need, and who can view or change each record.

Try this prompt

Create a small agency project tracker with a dashboard, client list, and project detail pages. Track the owner, due date, status, and budget of each project. Start with clearly labeled sample data, and outline the shared database and permissions needed for our team.

SaaS and customer portals

Build the interface and workflows for a subscription product, client portal, or member area. Explain how users sign in, what belongs to each account, and what an administrator can manage.

A multi-user product needs real authentication and server-side data permissions. Test with separate users to make sure each person can access only the intended records.

Commerce and booking experiences

Create product catalogs, storefront interfaces, cart flows, service directories, and appointment experiences. Describe product options, availability, and confirmation steps.

A working checkout or booking system also needs real payment, inventory, scheduling, or notification services. Connect the relevant provider and test the complete workflow; a designed checkout screen alone does not process payments.

Community, events, and education

Explore an event directory, resource library, learning dashboard, quiz, or community portal. Be specific about content, search, member access, and any moderation tools you need.

Does the type of app determine my plan?

Choose your plan based on building needs: credits, custom domains, BYOK, and whether teammates will work inside Bump AI. A Solo builder can work on an app intended for many end users. Team is for collaborating on the build. Your app’s own hosting, integrations, and user access still need to fit its requirements.
